My Word for 2024

I have always been a goal setter, but even more during the past 2 years I have realized how even small goals can help me to find purpose and motivate to move forward. Now that my health has leveled out and I have accepted my "new normal" as the doctor states. I have a firm starting line to move forward. I will aspire to reach my goals both small and large through out 2024.
I WILL ASPIRE TO....
- Better health by purposely being active 4 days a week. Walking, kayaking, biking and home work outs. I will forgive myself and my body on the days my body requires rest. I will rest and begin again.
- Create opportunities to connect and spend time with family and friends.
- Improve my mental and emotional stamina through books, learning activities, and thoughtful and kind introspection.
- Discover and appreciate new places by traveling and actively witnessing my surroundings both home and away.
- Try something new each month whether a new activity, new project or a new recipe.
